“Please tell us how you began your journey as a private chef, and what you love the most about what you do?”

Before cooking I was modelling and doing photography/acting on the side but I was not very fulfilled. When Covid happened I decided to take action and pursue my dream to work in the food industry. I left my life in Paris and moved to LA and started my career as a chef. I love sharing my food and hospitality - It’s my true passion and I am grateful to make a living out of it. Nourishing people and seeing them enjoy the food makes me happy and that’s why I do this job.

“Being born and raised in Paris, how has this influenced your dress and/ or culinary style?”

I definitely live by the « less is more » in my food and my style. I believe that when you have good products you don’t need to transform them too much as well as in the way I dress: I dress pretty classic but I wear strong pieces that don’t need more.

“Tell us about your lifestyle, living seaside in Malibu and what are some of your favourite things to do in the Summer time?”

My life is pretty healthy in California - I walk my dog first thing in the morning and try to work out a couple of times a week. I live in Silverlake and there are wonderful hikes to do around me. I’m a cook so I eat very well and produce is wonderful to work with in California. I have a pretty balanced life between work, seeing my friends and being in nature. My favourite thing to do in the summer is definitely swimming in the ocean then farmer's markets.

“How would you describe your personal dress style and what are the go to pieces in your Summer wardrobe?”

My style is pretty classic, I love vintage timeless pieces. I mostly wear jeans and a white t-shirt but when I go out I like to dress up. My go-to pieces are short light dresses, a good pair of sandals and a sarong.

“You love to cook and have a passion for hosting, what is your favourite dish/es to curate and enjoy with friends?”

I love making roasted chicken, it reminds me of Sunday lunches at home with my family.
