Purchase value is in USD. The gift with purchase (FAITHFULL Hair Scrunchie) is available in the designated colourway only. Customers cannot swap or exchange their gift with purchase at any time, nor can they return their gift with purchase for a cash or gift voucher amount. Should any purchase that qualified for a gift with purchase be returned, the gift with purchase must also be returned. Any orders returned without the scrunchie will be charged a fee of $20.00 USD.
The promotional period commences Sunday 7th June PST and ends Sunday 14th June PST, 2026, or while stock lasts. Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

All online orders submitted through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Faithfull the Brand. Faithfull the Brand reserves the right to reject or cancel your online order for any reason, at any time prior to dispatch of the products. Once we receive your online order, You will receive an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify Faithfull the Brand’s acceptance of your online order but is simply a confirmation that we have received your order. If Faithfull the Brand rejects an order, You will be notified via email as soon as reasonably practicable and any payment made by You for that order will be refunded.
All online orders must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the Agreement. All transactions on the international website are settled in United States Dollars (USD) currency. If You are a customer purchasing from another country outside of the USA, your currency will be converted automatically to USD when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the currency exchange rate. Your financial institution or payment provider may also charge You currency conversion fees. Once your order has been placed, our warehouse team will begin to process and ship your order out as soon as possible. If you are wanting to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after it has been placed. As we process and ship orders daily, we cannot guarantee that the request can be made.

Whilst we try to ensure that the stock presented to You on this website is accurate and available to purchase, please note that on rare occasions some stock discrepancies may occur. If a purchase has been made for an unavailable item and your order cannot be fulfilled, You will be notified via email as soon as possible and be offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund by Faithfull the Brand.

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault Faithfull the Brand will replace the item or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 30 days of purchase date. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can guide you through the next steps and returns process. Please provide our team with photos clearly showing the defect or fault and a brief description for a preliminary assessment.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty, Faithfull the Brand will replace the item (subject to stock availability) or refund the price paid for the faulty item by You to your original payment method. If the product is found not to have a defect or fault, the product will be shipped back to you.
If in our reasonable opinion, the item has become of unacceptable quality due to wear and tear in the course of normal use, misuse or failure to use in accordance with garment care instructions, then this does not constitute a defect or fault.

Gift Cards purchased through faithfullthebrand.com may only be redeemed on this website. Gift Cards purchased through faithfullthebrand.com are issued in USD currency. Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the purchase date. Gift Cards are digital gift cards and will be automatically emailed to the customer once purchased. A unique code will be issued to the email address entered at checkout. If a customer partially uses their gift certificate in one transaction, the remaining balance will be automatically updated and available via the same code to use on a future transaction. Any balance remaining after the expiry date of the Gift Card will not be refunded. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded. Faithfull the Brand does not take responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
Store credits are applied to the same email address used to place your order. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any unused amount after the expiry date of the store credit will not be refunded or available to use. Store credits cannot be transferred to another person or email address. Store credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded. If an item purchased using a store credit is returned or canceled, only the portion of the purchase payment attributable to the store credit will be restored to your email address.
Sale and Final Sale
At times FAITHFULL will run Sale and it will not be available to customers who reside and ship to the UK and Europe. The sale does apply to our customers who ship to Australia, the United States of America, Canada, New Zealand, Asia and the United Arab Emirates. FAITHFULL reserves the right to limit sale to regions at any time.
Sales and discounts do not apply to prior purchases and no reimbursement will be made to items purchased prior to the sale period. Items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty as per our returns policy.
