Holiday Shipping Dates 2024
To receive your order in time for the holidays please note all Standard Shipping orders must be placed before Tuesday 17th December, while Express Shipping orders must be placed before Thursday 19th December. Please note we are not responsible for any third party shipping delays.
Delivery Times
Delivery time frames are in addition to order processing times. Orders will be delivered between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to accept the delivery during this time.
Choice of Courier
USA - All parcels are delivered with Fedex. However, If your address is located outside of the metropolitan areas, your parcel may be delivered with UPS.
International - All parcels are delivered with DHL Express
Tracking Your Parcel
Once your parcel has been shipped from the warehouse, you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information.
Order Not Delivered
In the event that your order is not delivered, missing or lost, please reach out to our customer care team via email at shop@faithfullthebrand.com. If the package is declared lost by the shipping provider, we can issue you a replacement, store credit or refund.
If your order is stated as delivered on the tracking information but the parcel is unable to be located, customers must reach out to our customer care team via email at shop@faithfullthebrand.com within 5 days of the delivery date stated on the tracking.
FedEx do not accept claims for stolen parcels, so orders delivered to the correct location with proof of delivery, are not eligible for reimbursement.
