RETURNS

To request a return or exchange, please follow the steps on the Return Portal.

Once the request has been approved, a confirmation email will provide details on how to process the return.

Return Conditions

Exchanges are now available to our US customer only. You are now able to shop and exchange your item for a different size or variant via our returns portal.

All items must be processed via the FAITHFULL Returns Portal within 14 days of the delivery date and returned in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, unused and unwashed) with the tags attached. Any returns with signs of tag tampering will not be accepted. All swimwear must be tried on over underwear and returned with the protective hygiene strip intact. Any swimwear returns with signs of removal or alteration of protective hygiene strip will not be accepted.

Returns in unsellable conditions (which include, but are not limited to, deodorant stains, pet hair, missing tags, and odor/fragrance) are subject to rejection upon processing. FAITHFULL monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Returns received that do not satisfy our return policy are subject to return shipping charges.

Please ensure your item is posted back to FAITHFULL for processing within 14 days of delivery.


RETURN POLICIES
This policy applies to all purchases placed online at faithfullthebrand.com.

Full Price Items

Change of mind returns are accepted on any full price purchase with the option of either:

(a) a full refund, minus shipping fees if applicable; or

(b) a store credit equal to 105% of the item’s value.

(c) Checkout+ customers are eligible for free returns and exchanges on all full-price items.

Store credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

Sale Items

Sale items reduced from their original full price and not marked as ‘Final Sale’ are accepted for returns with either:

(a) a full refund, minus shipping fees if applicable; or

(b) store credit equal to 105% of the item’s value.

Store credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

Final Sale Items

Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Should the item be deemed faulty a replacement item will be offered. Should the replacement item be unavailable, a store credit equal to 100% of the item’s sale value will be offered. Store credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

Our returns portal will not process returns for items marked 'Final Sale' please send an email to shop@faithfullthebrand.com for further assistance.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available via our returns portal. For all eligible items, you are able to select a new size, or a new product when processing your return.

Store Credit and Promotional Discounts

Items purchased using a store credit or promotional discount, including the WELCOME offer are eligible for returns should they meet the above criteria. A refund of the amount paid is available excluding the discount applied. No re-issue of promotional discounts will be offered on refunds. Store credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Faulty Items

In the event an item is faulty, please contact the customer care team at shop@faithfullthebrand.com with an image and/or video clearly revealing the issue, along with a short description. Once approved by the customer care team, a replacement item will be offered. Should the replacement item be unavailable, a store credit equal to 100% of the item’s value will be offered. Store credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Return Shipping

USA customers:

Customers will receive a shipping label provided by FAITHFULL when submitting a return.

For customers who have opted into Checkout+ there is no additional fee. Returns and exchanges for your order are free.

For customers who have not opted into Checkout+ there is a $15 USD service fee payable on processing your return.

International customers: 

Please visit our International Shipping page for returns pricing by region. All international returns can be lodged online via our global returnsportal. Fees and payments due are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount. Taxes and duties paid by the customer on eligible returns are refundable. 

Canadian Customers:

For all orders shipped to Canada you will receive a full refund of duties and taxes paid on your FAITHFULL order once your item has been returned.

Checkout+

We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you will be subject to a $15 USD shipping/handling fee payable when submitting your return.

Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.
