We spoke to Faithfull girls and sisters Amalie and Cecilie Moosegaard on their recent shoot for us in Puglia, Italy, their personal approach to styling and the pieces from La Saison you'll find them wearing.
Hi, we’re Amalie & Cecilie Moosgaard. Born in Denmark and currently living in Copenhagen. And oh, then we probably can’t escape the fact that we’re twin sisters.
Yeah, we have done a bit of everything. We were scouted at the age of 13 and then waited a few years since we were so young. Then by the time we turned 16, we were so fortunate to be booked exclusively to walk for Prada, which then just snowballed into doing a lot of different work all over the world. It’s been quite a journey with ups and downs, but we feel so lucky to have had so many amazing experiences and to have met so many creative and lovely people all over the world.
Yes! It was absolutely magical. We shot in the beautiful area of Puglia in Italy. It was such a wonderful experience and so authentic. We were a small team consisting of the two of us together with Carly and Taylor due to COVID so it was such a chilled and great experience. We were met by the most welcoming local community, that invited us into their homes and showed so much kindness
We approached the styling like we would in our everyday. Very laid back with ballet flats, straw bags and a bit of jewellery.
There’s so much inspiration all over Copenhagen. Everyone dresses so nicely but still very laid back which has definitely influenced us. Something that we both love and have influenced us is how everyone still manages to look cool and chic even on a bike. People aren’t afraid to wear heels or a dress on a bike which we love.
We are so lucky and it has been such a gift for both of us. Travelling is so much easier and more relaxing when we have each other. We kind of act like each other’s personal assistant which I guess is our little secret. We kind of divide the small tasks between us, such as finding the gate or hailing a cab.

Take a swim in the harbour in Copenhagen, long walks with a to-go coffee, and cooking food with friends and family.
Had a few days far away in the Swedish woods. Slept in a cabin, cooked over an open fire, and sailed in a canoe. It was pure magic and so quiet. But a highlight every summer is definitely just swimming in the canals of Copenhagen and enjoying summer in our hometown.
