An Aperol Citrus Margarita

A Mexico-inspired cocktail for the end of year season. Beloved by our co-founders.

45ml Tequila

15ml Aperol

25ml Fresh lime

20ml Yuzu

20ml Sugar syrup

Measure the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until well combined

Strain into a short rock glass

Garnish with Himalayan salt and dried lime
