Returns
Full Price Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return any full priced item within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit equal to the returned item’s value. Store credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Sale & Final Sale Items
Sales items that are marked down and not purchased as ‘Final Sale’ can be returned for a refund or store credit.Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange, unless the items are deemed faulty.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, but we do offer returns and full refund on items not worn within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all sales items are final sale and will not be accepted for return or refund unless faulty.

How To Measure
Bust
Place the tape measure under your arms, around your back and across the fullest part of your bust. Once you have the tape measure lined up, relax your arms at either side.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline - this is usually the narrowest point on your waist (above your belly button and below your rib cage). Run the tape measure around your waist (like a belt), keeping it straight.
Hips
Stand on a level surface with your feet together. Run the tape measure around the fullest part of your bottom and upper thighs, and not around your hip bones. Ensure the tape is straight around your body.
